"We have searched high and low to find the best online backup solution for our clients. We were so happy to find a service that is able to backup Exchange Server Database in addition to individual user mailboxes, therefore protecting our clients from disaster or accidental file/email deletion. If they accidentally delete an important email, it’s nice to know that we don’t have to restore the entire Exchange Database. We are able to restore only a few emails if necessary.
There are many other options out there for resellers, but ICS is the only one who fully respected our relationship with our clients. When we became resellers they provided us with our own customized software and brochures. They give us the support that we need so that we can support our clients."
